Although you are fond of munching on these foods, it has to stop if ever you, a vegetarian, are in a low carb diet.

Maintaining a low carb diet for vegetarians can be really hard. Most of the foods that they consume are all laden with carbohydrates, and it may be quite hard for them to find a low carb diet which stays away from meat, because it is necessarily one of those foods which are not laden with carbs.
