What type of drinks can you used for the Adkins diet????

Generally, you need to stay away from sugar, so don't drink white wine. I preffer Bulgarian Cabernet Sauvignon or the standard Bordeaux claret .

Try Fresca, Country Time Lemonade in a soda can (5 calories) and Vodka. Very refreshing and little to no carbs.
