Hello to all,
I myself did the low carb diet in the past and had much success losing just under 100 lbs in about 8 months.
Now my husband has decided to go on a low-carb diet in order to re-enlist in the military (needing to lose about 50 lbs). I'm wanting to find out information about men being on this diet, is it any different then for women. Are there additional supplements or proteins that he should take? Any men that have been or are on this diet and have any suggestions for him, please let us know.
