Hi guys, as I said hello to all of u, I am just starting to share my problems with u.
I am having a weight of 157 lbs and have been trying to reduce it for last two months by working out hard in to the gym. But, I am not getting reduction in my weight even 2lbs.
So, pls. suggest me what to do to reduce it in a proper way....
