weigtloss milestone
I have now lost 25 lbs as of last Saturday morning!!! I am so excited and can't believe how quickly it has come off (I started in Nov 2003). And I am never "starving", I eat a lot of food. I still have a lot to go, but now it is 25 lbs less than when I started.

I had to buy new pants. I've been a size 13/14 for...a very long time. I went out and bought four pairs of size 9 pants. I admit I was hoping for a smaller size, but it still made me happy that I can shop in whatever store I want and they're probably going to have my size.

I lost 131 lbs to date, I weighed 300 lbs to my more top. I have just reached my goal non-plus-obese recently. My next goal is to reach 159 lbs and after this to reach 150 lbs - to mark that I lost the half of me!

You only got the results just because of the one reason and the reason is that we should not lose the weight in the absence of the good trainer. so we should share this technique with the other to make them confident about the weight loss.

Well mine is not an interesting story as I had just started, but I would like to share it. Before 6 month I was very over weighted and I was finding very big difficulty. I can't do even a single or small work and for this reason I was feeling shy. But then I prepared a schedule of my diet and exercise and I followed that schedule for 6 month and I had lost almost 16 kg of body weight. I am feeling very happy and healthy and I would continue following my schedule.

Hmm, congratulation for your achieving such a difficult milestone, but I would like to advise on " but still I ate food more". Its good to here that in spite of eating lot of food you have lost 25 lbs but you must control your and the most important thing is never ever stop doing exercise because its the main key to be fit and healthy.
