- 1 scoop Choclate
Keto Shake Mix
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3-4 cups of Ice
- 1/2 can of Raspberry
Diet Rite soda

Directions:

Fill the
blender half way with ice.

Add one
scoop of Keto Shake Mix, Cream & Raspberry soda. Blend
well.

If you do
not have the raspberry soda, just replace that amount
with sugar free soy milk
