Ingredients:
- 8 medium sweet
yellow onions, sliced into rounds
- 1/4 c butter
- 1/2 c grated
parmesan cheese

Directions:

Sauté onions
in butter until soft (10 to 12 minutes).

Remove to
baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese on top.

Broil until
cheese melts.

These onions
taste almost like noodles. They go great with steak.
