Ingredients:
- 1 quart whole milk
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup sugar
substitute or low carb syrup
- 1 T (rounded) plain
yogurt or recommended quantity of powdered culture
- 1 T vanilla extract

Directions:

Scald 1
quart of milk and stir in 1/4 to 1/3 cup sugar
substitute or low carb syrup.

Stir in 1
tablespoon of vanilla extract (You may also use lemon,
almond, peppermint or instant coffee).

Cool the
mixture to 110 degrees F, and stir in the culture.

Pour into
warm containers, cover, and incubate in the yogurt
machine as instructed.
