Ingredients:
- 1 quart whole milk
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup sugar
substitute or low carb syrup
- 1 T (rounded) plain
yogurt or recommended quantity of powdered culture
- diced fresh fruit

Directions:

Scald 1
quart of milk and stir in 1/4 to 1/3 cup sugar
substitute or low carb syrup.

Cool the
mixture to 110 degrees F, and stir in the culture.

Cover and
incubate in the yogurt machine as usual.
-
Add in the
diced fresh fruit only after the yogurt has incubated.
(The acid content of some fruits can curdle the
milk-yogurt mixture and prevent proper fermentation.)
