Ingredients:

  • 1 quart whole milk
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup sugar substitute or low carb syrup
  • 1 T (rounded) plain yogurt or recommended quantity of powdered culture
  • 1 t ground cinnamon

Directions:

  • Scald 1 quart of milk and stir in 1/4 to 1/3 cup sugar substitute or low carb syrup.

  • Stir in 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon (You may also use other spices such as nutmeg, mace, ginger or your own special combination).

  • Cool the mixture to 110 degrees F, and stir in the culture.

  • Pour into warm containers, cover, and incubate in the yogurt machine as instructed.
