Low Carb Dessert - Chocolate Pudding

 

 

Ingredients:
  • 1 T Wise CHOice Cook-it-up Pudding Mix
  • 2 T unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/8 t salt
  • 3/4 cup cold water
  • 1/4 cup cream (sour cream or coconut milk etc.)
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 2-3 T sugar-free syrup

 

  Nutrition Information:

Recipe makes 2 Servings
(Calories: 145)

@ NET 2.8 carbs, 11.7 fat, 3.9 protein

 

Directions:

  • In quart (liter) bowl, combine pudding mix, unsweetened cocoa and salt, breaking up all lumps.

  • Whisk in cold water until no lumps left.

  • Microwave until boiling, stirring frequently (or cook on stove top, stirring constantly).

  • Whisk in cream, vanilla and syrup to taste.

  • Serve warm or refrigerate, covered.
