Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sugar
substitute
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 T butter
- 1/2 t guar gum (for
thickening)
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 3 medium apples,
peeled and sliced

Directions:

Bring sugar
substitute, water, butter and cinnamon to a boil for
about 2 minutes until thick.

Take off
heat and stir in guar gum to thicken.

Stir in
apples; cook until tender, 10 to 12 minutes.
