Recipe makes 4 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 4 T Virgin coconut oil
  • 1 T Unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/4 t Stevia
  • 2 ozs Nuts of choice

Directions:

  • Melt the coconut oil to a liquid.

  • Add the cocoa and stevia. Stir to combine and blend well.

  • Blend the nuts into the chocolate mixture.

  • Have chilled a cake pan or lasagna pan in the freezer for at least 10 minutes. Remove from freezer and line with waxed paper.

  • Pour chocolate mixture into the pan and spread to desired thickness.

  • Place chocolate mixture in the refrigerator or freezer and let sit for 10 minutes. This will harden very quickly and will break with a snap.
