Ingredients:
- 3 T unsweetened
cocoa
- 2 T unsalted butter
- 2 T heavy whipping
cream
- 1/4 t vanilla
- 1 T peanut butter or
2 T cream cheese
- 4 T splenda
- 1/2 cup chopped
almonds

Directions:

Melt butter
together with cocoa in microwave. Stir well.

Add
sweetener, vanilla, cream and peanut butter. Mix
thoroughly.

Stir in
almonds last. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper and
refrigerate until firm.
